Smoked meat with a sea tint and chocolate notes is the motto of our evening.

We offer you to get acquainted with the conservative and brutal style of a strong drink. Not so long ago, all Scotch whisky was smeared with smoky odours, malt was dried in open ovens, fairly fumigated with peat. Times change, traditions remain. Isla Island is undoubtedly a stronghold of the traditional style.

Smoke drinks from seven whiskies of the island will be presented to the tasting, accompanied by juicy smoked snacks from our Chef.

Eggplant rolls with Sulguni cheese, baked pepper, mint and Narcharab sauce

2. Kilchoman Loch Gorm, 46%
Cod pâté with fresh cucumber and orange gel on black toast

3. Port Charlotte Scottish Barley
Asparagus baked in bacon and Béchamel sauce

4. Ardbeg 10 Years Old
Mussels in the shell under Golandes sauce

5. Caol Ila 12 Years Old
Smoked mackerel with pear and berry sauce

6. Laphroaig 10 Years Old
Roast beef with foie gras terrine and bitter chocolate

7. Lagavulin 16 Years Old
Cold smoked salmon with Gorgonzola cheese and flying fish caviar
